Our Roadmap

Right now, Merit Exchange is under rapid development. We are currently signing users up to an interest list, which subscribes them to this newsletter. Our aim is to have the site ready to launch to interested users for testing in December. People on our interest list from the start will have the first opportunity to join this group of testers. When the site is deemed stable enough to launch for a broader audience, these users will be allowed to invite new users.
It is common for a site to experience moderate growth until it is featured on a website or in news media with high readership. At this point, the site's membership grows explosively, an occurrence which can lead to a change in the character and culture of the site, as well as in a large influx of casual users who do not fully understand the site's mission. By remaining open by invitation only, Merit Exchange can grow organically.
The limiting factor in the design of the site is not the programming itself, but rather, is the setting out of the functionality that is desired. If anyone wants to get involved in the development of the site before the testing phase, please contact us. No programming skills are necessary.
